Pure Life! Welcome to our comfortable house located mid-hill in the Uvita jungle. Perched just over 700 feet above sea level, this well-appointed villa offers luxury and comfort surrounded by the sublime natural beauty of the southern Pacific coast.

The property features tropical landscaping and a garden of local flowers. The elevation provides pleasant sea breezes and pleasant temperatures. Wildlife abounds in the surrounding jungle, so look out and listen for colorful toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys.

The terrace with dining room and the pool are the center of the villa. Sliding glass doors open wide to enjoy the inside and outside. On the deck, an outside shower, wet bar and gas BBQ area make for easy poolside evenings while enjoying views across the mountain slopes and rainforest to the coast.

The interior space is a perfect union of natural beauty and modern style. High ceilings, glass walls and hand-carved wooden beams make the space open and welcoming. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main space and in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
