The Bay is located on the peninsular of Cape Yamu on the East Coast of Phuket.



A total of seventeen ocean view villas (there are three available, each with landscaped gardens and private pool.  



The design is modern with a nautical feel, for example the roofs are shaped like the up-turned hulls of fishing boats and the bathroom window like portholes.



The interiors are finished with light tropical woods, stainless steel and ceramics, to allow for plenty of natural light.



Three villa designs are available with a choice of three, four or five bedrooms.  Each has a 20m x 5m swimming pool and spacious terraces and decks.



The villas at The Bay have very nice views of the islands surrounding Phuket and towards Phuket Town.

There are two different styles and types

Sapham Bay villas

The remaining Sapham Bay Villas comprise of 385-501 square metres of interior living area with a surrounding pool and terrace of 655-815 square metres. They rest on an area of 1,482-1,630 square metres built on western facing slopes and offering unrestricted sea views to Sapham Bay on the eastern shores of Phuket Island.

This style of villa presents two distinct living areas or pavilions connected by a covered walkway. This allows for maximum exposure to beautiful views through the expansive windows. One living area contains the recreation room, study and the master bedroom that opens onto the terrace and the 20 metre infinity swimming pool. This large bedroom features an en suite bathroom. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with balconies. One faces east and the sunrise whilst the other faces west and the sunset. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The second pavilion contains the kitchen, breakfast bar and a dining area which opens onto the terrace for al fresco entertaining.

The Waters Edge Villas

The Water’s Edge Villas are set less than 30 metres from the lapping sea and face towards the eastern shores of Phuket Island looking over Sapham Bay.

These villas comprise of 349 square metres of interior living area with the surrounding pool and terrace set on a site of 792 square metres. This provides an intimate and personal space from which to enjoy the beauty of surrounding Cape Yamu and the dynamic views of the water surrounding the property.

The living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom all face directly onto the sea with a 3.5m x 18m infinity swimming pool and expansive terrace. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The ground floor master bedroom has a generous walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and a further bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
