Three condominium buildings are planned for the first phase of development. Each will feature seven floors with each floor comprising 6 units (except the ground floor which will have 5 units).

Each unit will be built according to the buyer's preference: as a one-bedroom (Type A) or a two-bedroom unit (Type B).

Type A:

Featuring 90 sqm. of living space, Type A units have one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a storage & laundry room and a guest toilet. Private balconies are accessible from both the master bedroom and the living area.

Type B:

Featuring 90 sqm. of living space, Type B units are the same total size as Type A units, but have a second bedroom. Each unit features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a storage & laundry room and a guest toilet. Private balconies are accessible from both the master bedroom and the living area.
