Skylight consists of 19 pool villas in total of which just 4 villas are available. We have three 2 bedroom plots and a 1 bedroom plot available. Three bedrooms is an option by combining certain plots.

Typically our villas take 8-10 months to build and we can customize in certain areas for the clients to suit them. Upon completion villas have appreciated around 30 % in value.

We offer a comprehensive rental management program for anyone wanting to rent out and clients can expect approximately 10-12 NET return per year.
