       Kata Rocks is being developed to the highest standards, incorporating the highest levels of luxury, as a private estate with its own oceanfront residential Club House. Our award-winning Sky Villas are a cross between a villa and an apartment. Much larger than most apartments, all feature their own swimming pools and there is a maximum of three units on each block giving the very intimate feel of a villa. On this platform, nature has placed some stunning rock boulders, which make the site unique and offer the name Kata Rocks. This also provides a fantastic private lounging area right on the sea to compliment the spacious Club House pool, bistro and sunset bar. 

        

     About The Developer

       The developer behind Kata Rocks is Richard Pope who for over 20 years has specialized in developing high-end residential projects in London. Out of entries from 21 countries, the Kata Rocks development has won several international awards in 2010 including Highly Commended for Best Development in Thailand and Best Apartment in both Thailand and Asia Pacific. The architect is the award winning Original Vision and the interiors are designed by celebrity interior designer, Kelly Hoppen MBE.

       Kata Rocks will be offering a very high level of service to its occupants including a full concierge service, chefs for in-home dining, housekeeping, etc. There will also be fully integrated estate management along with a rental and reservation system run in-house to maximize the returns for those owners who wish to rent out their Sky Villas.
