The houses in Talaythong Shangrila will be two story with an indoor/outdoor living room, kitchen, several in-suite bathrooms. Each house having access to approximately 20m private beach/waterfront. The 180 degrees view enable you to experience the feeling of an indoor/outdoor living room over-viewing the private pool and the unique scenery with your own boat parking.
The development of the first house will complete till end of 2017. Thanks to the early stage of the development, any future owners still have the opportunity to bring in their own ideas and wishes which concern the interior design and materials.

Independence and freedom
