You will find the main living room upstairs, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player (including a selection of movies) and satellite TV with over 50 channels, as well as a Bluetooth speaker system. 

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

Bedrooms

Six bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom), all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. 

Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with queen/single bunk bed, and a maid/nanny's room with queen sized bed therefore comfortably accommodating 12+ people.

The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. 

A second twin bedroom is also located upstairs, ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king-sized beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built-in wardrobes. 

Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 has bunk beds (with a queen bed below and a single bed above) and a shared bathroom with bedroom 5.

Bedroom 7 has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
