The veranda with basic fitted Thai style kitchen very large dining table, chairs and settees is the living centre of the villa, with two en-suite bedrooms in an extension to the main villa completing the accommodation.

Next to the veranda is a purpose-built charcoal BBQ that is a dream to cook with, easy to use and it will not frazzle your food. This villa is ideal for large family groups, or friends looking for a fun and affordable base for their holidays.

Within the rental twice weekly cleaning, weekly bed linen/towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance are all included. Electricity is charged as used, at government rates, and a security deposit of 20,000 THB is required for short term lets.
