Chalong Villa Residence is a luxury pool villa development comprising 74 two bedroom villas and 6 three bedroom villas. Set just to the east of Chalong Pier, at the southern end of Phuket this development is close to shopping malls, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The concept is to provide a sophisticated, spacious holiday haven away from the crowded west coast centers already developed, as well as appealing to the fulltime resident living and working, or in retirement on the island, the development has appeal across the board.

The Type “A” 2 bedroom villas are designed with an open plan living area with western style kitchen with 2 en-suite bedrooms. The living area opens onto a 7.6 Sq. m sun deck and a 4.7x2.9m swimming pool.

The Type “B” 2 bed villa is a similar design, but 8 Sq. m larger.

The Type “C” villas have two 20 Sq. m en-suite bedrooms opening onto the pool and decking area, with the third bedroom, 16 Sq. m, also en-suite. An open plan living area, including western style kitchen, also opens onto the deck and pool. There are only 6 of these villas being built on this site.
