downstairs i give you the mood of the Great Gatsby era.....furnished in warm sepia colors...gold, watermelon, jade greens and my art work is all so diverse and all original......i open up completely to a huge undercover entertaining area.....and i mean really huge!....which then leads to the pool...with smaller child pool attached......divine!...hanging high above the garden which is studded with rich green trees both tropical and decidious.....i also have an office/ massage room down stairs and a hanging out t.v room.....the kitchen is enormous and made for people that love to entertain......yes i have seen plenty of parties here and all have been a roaring success.

i must mention also that before we step into the foyer, there is a large guest room with huge en-suite and lovely private deck, all leading out to the pool area...and down below that again are two maids rooms....one large bathroom for the maids and a large area for the work to be done like ironing and just another hang out space...nothing about me is small and mean...

The second floor, is this the same house?  Whilst down stairs we have the magnificent old world charm which welcomes you with open arms....and then up we go and wow!.... the widest hallway you could imagine.....i could be furnished on both sides and you still have wide walk way.  The second floor boast four super en-suited bedrooms..all completely different!  The colours are selected to suit any mood as long as its a good one...but if you are feeling a little down and want some time out......the library is quite extensive, it comes with everything.....even a wide selection of super books.

There is also a most gorgeous under cover veranda wrapping around the bedroom floor....so as all bed rooms lead out to take in the sea view with yachts bobbing in the bay....what can i say!
